GINEX SMALL PISTOL PRIMERS
YES! THEY GO BANG. BUT...After looking everywhere for over a year for primers, ANY primers, imagine my surprise when an email arrived for primers. Not just a 1,000 but an entire case of 5,000. I immediately clicked on the link and to my surprise they weren't all sold out. I just hoped they would actually work as I have never seen this brand a primer before. After over 200 rounds I only had one misfire. Up to this point I have mainly used CCI primers. Compared to the CCI's these primers require more force to seat them, and you must seat them as far down as you can. The reason being they seem to be slightly longer than other primers I've used. I load mixed brass and with certain makes the primer seats flush with the brass or even a .001 or two ABOVE, but not enough to effect the functioning of the gun. I don't have this issue with CCI or other U.S. made primers. And they seat with less force required. Bottom line: until U.S. manufacturers start making primers again, I'll buy these whenever they are available.
