All Ended well
FULL DISCLOSURE. I ordered my product and got a notification it shipped the next day. I was surprised but happy that the process went so quick. 2 days later, my UPS tracking was still on "Label Created" and no indication it was actually shipped. I reached out to 2A to ask and they assured me it had left there warehouse. I waited a few days and got a "review my product" email and was absolutely floored as I not only did I not receive my order, but the shipping progress still didn't change from "label created" I again reached out regarding my order and the review email and got a very quick response. They said they would look into it and the next day my tracking number did finally update to "shipped". Product was great and as described. Communication was fast and I was never ignored. I was annoyed at first that it was marked shipped on the site, and the support person told me it left, but UPS had no record of that. It all ended OK and I'm sure they are busy during these times. Final verdict: Great product, worth the wait for the price, and responsive communication with 2A
