The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is due to receiving the wrong quantity. I ordered 2 ammo cans of the 223 and BOTH of them were short 100 rounds each. I contacted them and sent them pictures. They replied saying they were going to investigate and they came to the conclusion they hadn’t sent me the wrong amount of ammo. They made me feel like I was a liar and trying to snake them out of ammo. They didn’t come out and say any of this other than they hadn’t made a mistake but in reality they shorted me 200 rounds. Even tho they said there was no mistake on their part they credited my account for $90.00 USD. This was great on their behalf but they need to audit their orders better other than making their customer feel like S**t. Other than this issue the ammo itself is great. I’ve shot plenty of it and haven’t had a single issue with it. I’m not much of a writer so if there’s errors or had to follow them sincere apologies. Thanks care!

I have taken a few shots with .223 Capital ammo. It holds a 1 1/2" to 2" group at 100 yards over open sights on a rest. The sale price is little higher than reloading but not enough to make reloading worthwhile.
