I received an email that my ammo has shipped but the tracking shows the item has never been picked up by the carrier. I have reached out to you several times on this issue but you keep sending my another copy of the tracking number which is useless unless you actually ship the item. Can you locate my item and actually give it to FedEx so they can deliver it?
