Again, bought a few hundred to replenish my stockpile after the whole Ammopocalypse Covid event. Found good prices on 380 reman brass and went for it.
They fail to run with light primer strikes in Walther Ppk’s and micro 380’s like my Colt Mustang xsp. The primers show a light indentation but not enough to activate the primer leaving a very dangerous live round that hangs up causing stove piping and that’s not good. Had my guns looked at and they run anything else fine. The casings have wear marks that can catch the feed ramp just right to cause a misfeed. The ammo is dirty. Very dirty in fact with fire ball reports coming from the barrel. The flat tips are designed just enough to thwart high angled feed ramps and cause a jam.
I’m sticking with Capital but only new brass from now on.
