Ammo stays subsonic and is decently quiet. It’s not the quietest subsonic 300blk that I have run, but it is pretty good and has enough gas to cycle reliably and provide LRBHO which can be difficult with some newer low back pressure 30 cal cans. The only real downside and why I cannot give it 5 stars is that out of an ammo can of 250 rounds, I have had at least 5 (5-10) light strikes that ended up being trashed. It’s not a huge deal for training/plinking and might even be a blessing in disguise for training malfunctions, but it keeps me from giving it 5 stars. Shipping is fast, and I haven’t had any squibs; so, I will probably buy again but with some reservations. In general, I have had a great experience with Capital Cartridge ammo though (9mm and .308 as well).

This is great ammo using a supressor. It's accurate and whispers quiet. It's also priced right.

Great inexpensive training ammo. Works well to tune the system, spring, buffer and BCG can all be adjusted to get the best from the weapon.
i’ve had no problems with the actual Ammo. The only problem is the packaging. The rounds tend to get loose in the box and some get smashed in transportation, but still a great price can’t blame the carrier cause I’ve used both FedEx and UPS with the packaging from 2 aA Warehouse can’t just put a couple pieces of paper in a box and let the Ammo flop around but again great rounds at the right price just the packaging is the issue not just on this but anything I buy from them
